(1)-End of Zamindari system.
(2)-End of caste oppression and evil practices
(3)-Promotion on the basis of work efficiency and experience in the mills
(4)-Industrial Discrimination in mills, untouchability and exploitation of laborers
(5)-exemption in agricultural taxes
(6)-promotion of local agricultural production and industries
(7)-make a law to stop caste atrocities on untouchables (SC,ST, BC, Minorities)Success of the Independent Labor Party.
The success that was achieved in the elections held in British India in 1937,out of total 175 seats in the Bombay State Legislative Assembly, got success in 15 out of 17 reserved seats and the party played the role of opposition party. With this, the party discharged its responsibility in the role of opposition party with success in five constituencies in the elections of the Madhya Pradesh, Berar State Legislative Board.
Political movements by Dr.Ambedkar made movements in the public interest, such as a one-day strike against the mill owners in Bombay. Which was very successful in coordination with the Independent Labor Party and the Socialist Congress Party, on7Nov.1938, the Kokan Peasant Movement, Kalaram Mandir, Mahar Talab, were agitated against discrimination. Due to which the roots of the British Government and the opposition Congress Party, Communist Party were shaken to the core.
